“Every week on Tuesday, about 8 times, I did breathing exercises with Arie. Connected breathing, bioenergetics, qigong and meditation exercises. Arie has given it his own twist to the exercises by also working with self-produced music and participating in the exercises. I ended up integrating some of the exercises into my mornings before I start the day. What do the sessions with Arie bring? More peace, and the feeling of recognising the boundary between myself and the environment better.”
