Hello there,

I’m Arie and I’m here to assist you with your spiritual awakening process!

Whether you are experiencing a spiritual awakening or kundalini awakening, are curious about the process of awakening or are looking for support in your awakening journey, you’re in the right place.

I share useful information, exercises, practices and lifestyle habits which are very helpful to integrate this experience into your life without the need for fear, bodily stress or overwhelming emotions. 

Having experienced spiritual energy since my kundalini awakening in 2012 I have learned practices from traditions both ancient and new to help myself adapt to this new energetic aspect of my life. What I’m working with

Meditation

Meditation helps to relax and clear mental and emotional fluctuations. More energy is left for awareness, consciousness, and cultivating and circulating life force for healing and personal development. 

 

Music

Music is used to support movement, breathing and meditation practices. It inspires us to come into the flow of life, to evoke and express emotions, to dance and celebrate and come into the here and now.

 

 

Movement

Movement brings life back into the body, physical movements but also movement and awareness of the life force energy through the various energy channels of our bodies.

 

 

Breath

Breath is life and breath is energy. We use breathing in different ways, deep connected breathing for activating, reconnecting and clearing unresolved emotions or slow deep breathing for deep relaxation.

Gradually, during the workshop, I became more and more aware of my heart and therefore also of all the hurts, rejections and all love that was not received. And the sorrow of misunderstood love. Our hearts have to endure so much during our lifetime. I felt the contraction of having to be closed off.
